The Parker Days has been the premier family event in Parker for more than 30 years. A signature event of the Parker Chamber of Commerce, the festival attracts more and more people to Parker each year.  More than 100,000 people attend this festival weekend each year to enjoy carnival rides, attractions, music from live bands, arts and crafts exhibitors, and a food and beverage garden. On Saturday, the Parker Days Parade travels down Mainstreet complete with floats, marching bands, horses and vintage cars. Discount carnival tickets go on sale in the beginning of May.

This will be the second year the Interns from the Parker Arts Council host Detonation – Battle of the Bands. It was such a great success in 2011, the interns decided they needed to keep event on their list.
